Biography
Ember Daze were formed in London in late 2001 when the four band members met at Imperial College,
and came together over their shared love of music.
Having started off writing pop-tinged rock and ballads, they started playing gigs around college,
and quickly gravitated towards a harder sound, typified by songs such as Countersunk.
Having established themselves as a serious act at Imperial, the band started gigging around London in early 2003,
starting off by headlining the Bull & Gate in Kentish town,
and going on to play at such famous venues as the King's Head in Fulham and Halfmoon in Putney.
More recently, they have been upping the ante with packed-out gigs around Leicester Square at the Sound and Storm venues,
in conjunction with the Talent Scout agency.
This has given them a taste of the potential gigs ahead,
and inspired an increased motivation for advancing the name ‘Ember Daze’ in the music world.
